2. The app

2.1 Game progress

The app remembers which levels you have solved. This information is stored only on your device. It contains nothing about you as a person and is never transmitted. Deleting the app also deletes your progress.

If your device is backed up to iCloud or a computer, your progress may be part of that backup. Such backups are managed by you or by Apple. I have no access to them.

2.2 No permissions, no connections

The app does not ask for any permissions, such as camera, microphone, photos, contacts or location. It does not connect to any server and contains no code from advertising or analytics providers.

2.3 Children

The app is made for children. Because it collects no data at all, no data is collected from children either.

3. App Store and Apple

The app is distributed through Apple’s App Store. For downloads, installation and updates, Apple processes data under its own responsibility, for example your Apple Account. I have no access to this data. Apple’s privacy policy applies.

If you have agreed in your device settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple provides me with aggregated statistics, such as the number of installations, and anonymized crash reports. These do not identify you. You can turn sharing off at any time under Settings, Privacy & Security, Analytics & Improvements.

4. This website

4.1 Server log files

When you visit this website, your browser automatically sends technical data to the web server: your IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the amount of data transferred, the status code, the referring page and information about your browser and operating system. This data is stored in log files to deliver the website, keep it secure and find errors.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. My legitimate interest is the secure and error free operation of the website. Log files are deleted automatically after [7 days].

4.2 Hosting

[The website runs on a server operated by me at provider, location. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.]

4.3 No cookies, no third party content

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services and loads no content from other servers. Fonts and images are served from this server. The connection is encrypted with TLS.

5. Contact by email

If you send me an email, I process your email address and the content of your message to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; my legitimate interest is answering your request. I delete the message once the request has been dealt with, unless legal retention periods apply.

6. Your rights

Where I process personal data about you, you have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21). Just contact me by email.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for me is:

7. Changes

I will update this policy when the app, the website or the legal situation changes. The version published here always applies. In case of doubt, the German version prevails.
